Giveaway Terms & Conditions
FILIPPO LORETI’s constests are organized by Europe Watch Group B.V., Danzigerkade16E, 1013 AP, the Netherlands (“FILIPPO LORETI”).
These contest general terms and conditions (“GT&C”) apply to any and all contest organized by FILIPPO LORETI.
ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. FILIPPO LORETI may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant.
FILIPPO LORETI may exclude any participants who are not able to provide us with such proof.
Employees of FILIPPO LORETI are not eligible to participate.
DATE OF GIVEAWAY
The Giveaways shall start on December, 5th 2022 and close on December, 24th 2022.
Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
HOW TO ENTER
All orders processed betweeen December, 5th 2022 and close on December, 24th 2022 will enter the giveaway automatically.
Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will count as one entry.
THE WINNERS
The winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries.
The winners will be notified via FILIPPO LORETI’s official accounts by DM on Instagram and/or via email within five business days after the closing date of the contest.
If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, FILIPPO LORETI reserves the right to withdraw the prize from such winner and pick a replacement winner.
FILIPPO LORETI’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
PRIZE
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a contest, FILIPPO LORETI may disclose the winner's name and social media account name without additional approval being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram and/or FILIPPO LORETI TikTok post, Instagram and/or TikTok stories or the newsletter.
You warrant to us that you created your competition entries, that you own all of the copyright in those entries, and that our use of the entries in accordance with these rules will not infringe any person's intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish photos & videos of your participation in the supercar driving experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably and unconditionally waive your rights to be identified as the author of your competition entries and to object to any derogatory treatment of your competition entries.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the contest each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless FILIPPO LORETI, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or the acceptance of the prize.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
FILIPPO LORETI reserves its right to cancel the contest at any times or change the provisions of the GT&C’s at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
GOVERNING LAW & COMPETENT COURT
The Giveaways and these GT&C’s are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
